I recently made a purchase from this site, and I must say, the experience didn't quite meet my expectations. The product I received was not what I anticipated. It seemed to lack the quality I was hoping for, and the colors were off from what was displayed online. 🎨
Additionally, I found the customer service to be less responsive than I'd like. My inquiries took longer to get answers, leaving me feeling somewhat overlooked. While the concept is lovely, the execution fell short for me. I hope there’s improvement in the future. ✨
