For 2 hours of work, while we received a phone call that the mechanic happened to be in the area, counting 784.29 for maintenance work is a rip off. Everyone works hard and wants to earn money, but requesting a quote in advance is apparently very necessary at Lotec. Unfortunately, but here we are never going to do business. 88.60 x2 hourly rate, 88.60 x 2.20 travel time !!!! and then also mileage allowance 174 km x 0.95 and then 1.25 hours a 88.60 service elaboration recording (nobody could explain what this meant .... write receipt maybe) Too bad! We would like to receive a response so that we can remove this post. We are willing to pay for the work, but the rest is really pure scams, certainly without having communicated in advance!
