The representatives were polite, but lacked the knowledge and enthusiasm I expected. However, I must commend the company on their competitive pricing, which was one of the main reasons I chose them. 🤑 In terms of the booking process, it was smooth and efficient, with no major issues encountered. However, I feel that the company could definitely improve by expanding their offerings and training their staff to provide a more exceptional customer experience.
