I really like the convenience of doing everything online. I didn t even have to go to the bank to receive the money. They were deposited automatically after I got approved. CSRs are friendly and not pushy. Whatever questions I had - all cleared. My loan is almost paid off. They told me I am eligible to apply for a reloan program as I am a long-term customer.

Good service. Overall quality is 4.5 out of 5. There were a couple of problems when filling out online application but a girl with the name Jass helped me finish. I took $3000 for 24 months. Biweekly payments are small and comfortable to pay. When you login to online portal you can see the outstanding balance and your payments. That is a bog bonus for me because it helps me to control my loan. I also know that if I pay on time my credit score will become bigger. Being new to Canada I think it is very very important. And also they told me if I pay on time I can take more money in future like after 5 or 6 months.

My first interaction with loanaway in 2018 was OK. Just ok, nothing much. Rates were good but everything was slow. Now is 2020. Very hard year. I applied for a new loan 1 week ago. And you know what? I am surprised. May be their management has changed or something, but now they approved me within a day. Plus, the lady who i spoke to on the phone was soooo polite. And! I am just very happy that they helped me again even it s Covid-19 time. Thank you guys!

Asked for 2000 CAD to do some small house renovations projects and was approved for 3000 CAD. Decided to take out the whole amount so I have more flexibility and I can boost my credit score. So far, everything looks good. Biweekly payments are relatively small. Customer service is responsive but you should call in the morning to get your questions answered fast. I will write another update here shortly. By the way, thanks to Madeline for helping me out with the application. I am not super friendly with all these websites and forms but Madeline helped me a lot. Thanks Loanaway team and Madeline.

FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY... Constantly doing a hard check inquiry on your credit file.. interest rates are just barley legal.. if anyone was smart STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.....

If I could rate this institution 0 stars I would. I would never recommend this place to anyone to get a loan. They are incorrectly reporting on my credit bureau late payments that I never made and refuse to fix the issue. Customer service is lacking as I've been turned away a number of times on the issue meanwhile other banks, A lenders fix issues like this no problem. What a difference. Never ever again. But after searching the word credit score on the reviews here, it seems that they do this to ALOT OF PEOPLE. BEWARE of these people and refrain from doing any business with them. Do your research about the companies before you apply for loans with them. These kind of mistakes affect your credit and Loan Away knows this :), which makes it all the more distasteful.

Got approved fast and was able to reloan after 6 months. For me, I consider these guys as a good friend who can lend me money when I need it. Suits me best for small purchases, car repairs, or bills that I need to pay off fast. Customers service was always friendly and responsive. It was easy to communicate with them via phone and email.

Their pre-approval doesn t mean anything. They do hard credit checks and aren t that helpful when it comes to the application process.

Not worth your time and effort. Stay away!

They made mistakes applying my payments
And wont fix it.
They wont give me my statement of account either...Thats Illigal.
Ive never missed a payment and they wont correct the account. Like 29.99 % loan shark interest isnt enough for them..they have to steal and extra payment or two.

I paid into a secured loan to help build my credit after a bad break up. Firstly I was tricked into this loan as I didn t understand it. And was told within minutes of signing and realizing what it was that it couldn t be reversed. After paying into it for years, I finally paid it off. I waited 2 months for my funds to arrive in the mail. Then I see it is half of what I paid for. They did a deduction for a service revenue . I ve tried calling and emailing to not get any replies ever from Mimi. Nice way to F over a single mom or anyone for that matter. Your company and customer service are terrible. PS I want the rest of my money you owe me!!
