I was hired here after my MBA. Thanks to JLloyds I gained a lot of exp working with telecom giants in diffeerent parts of Africa and Europe. Sales/ Business Develoment roles are always challenging but R&R and Incentives were great here..

I recently visited Lloyds Ventures office. I was not so prepared for the interview but I sort of cracked the first round. I was then invited for another round where I sat for an aptitude test, a business exercise etc I finally was not selected but I plan to reapply when they have another opening. In those meetings I observed great work culture, the office was nice, people were polite and warm. They also had a Table Tennis table :)

Worst company i have came across. They dont value others time. Called me thrice for interview and took my all details snd at the end management didnt knew what to do.... nvr go to this company for work not even for interview.
They want to hire people for free.... worst company...

Nice middle management and Leadership team. Spl my manager :) Good Company to work for. I worked here for 3 yrs before I went abroad. My exposure here helped me land a Job when I moved to Australia. They offered me great roles in 3 yrs and decent hikes too.

JLloyds Ventures is a foxy and deceptive company, they take interviews and after selection they give excuses like "Director is out of town, we can provide you offer letter later" and then they reject your candidature after whole interview process of 3-4 hours, It's just waste of time to give interview here.

Open door policy, Competitive culture and Great HR. Will love to rejoin Lloyds someday
