The team was polite, friendly, and made the bond process straightforward, which is typical for this female-owned agency in California. However, the owner failed to return my 1928 Police Positive .38 Special revolver as agreed. He scheduled a pickup time, but when I arrived, he claimed he had the wrong gun and told me to return the next day. After that, he didn’t answer his phone and avoided me when I visited the office. If you’re willing to skip the collateral option, their service is great; otherwise, be prepared for some hassle getting your item back.
