Very good company understand people situations since I have been working for them. Hopefully they'll find more work closer to my home. Staff are pleasant. Always get payed on time. Also they respect your family situations when my partner was ill and taken into hospital they aloud me time off to look after my son not many security companies will allow that which was always helpful to me and my family. Only little thing is the area pay an hour but maybe it could change you never know.
Came across this firm via facebook where the owner become very aggressive & abusive not just to myself both several other people who disagreed with his points of view - think what this man & his firm would be like when dealing with your customers . doesnt look good
Great family business to work for. The management staff treat employees fairly if employees are fair to management.
Today is the last day of my temporary contract with this company. I have worked for many companies over the years but by far this has been the best.
Management have always treated myself in a professional manner and not once has anyone tried to teach me to suck eggs.
From interview right up until today they knew that I knew the job and did not need to micro manage but they have always been only a phone call away. Should it have been needed (not that we ever really spoke).
Pay was always on time and always accurate
Working pattern was always somewhat flexible (As long as the site was covered)
All in all this is by far the ONLY company to date that I would work for again. Should they get work in my area again.
Scumbags use and abuse there workers and than get rid of them when ask for a holiday entitlement
Fantastic place to work still here never had a problem always pay on time and treat you correctly they give u the work and u do it simple highly recommend as an employer they help you gain more qualifications to make u more employable and nothing but support at ever opportunity
Paid me a 1/3rd of what I was owed, further contact with them I was completely ignored.
Worst company to possibly work for!
1) do not value staff
2) terrible manAgement that is hard to get a hold off
3) rookies! They sign in and out via a mobile phone number
Your interview is taken in the back off a car, which is also used as an office to fill in forms!
Joke of a company
Just applied for a security position, very unproffesional management. As they knew from the day one, since I applied that I live 40 minutes distance to the sitte (Really no issue with me)... Just to tell me after 2 weeks that 40 minutes is way to long as a distance.
Had to cancel another jobs just for the lack of this management.

Shocking security management skills 1 star isn't low enough
imagine a vetting officer for this company (Lingwood Security ) telling you in an email for you to phone her back about a job; you phone her back, then she speaks in third person, saying: I'm not a Vetting officer, the Vetting officer is busy, basically lying. She then sent me another email admitting this. Very unprofessional and deceitful.
One of the worst companys too work for my husband has worked for this company and been treating him like a slave making him drive up and down the country and don't pay the the extra what they promise bunch of cowboys use and abuse they workers.
Poor service don't advise anybody looking for employment to apply.
I can't rate them for their security service but as a conscientious, responsible company that takes action on feedback or complaints, outstanding!
I reported an incident with a driver in one of their company vehicles driving on a single track country lane while my friend and I were out horse riding. The MD contacted me personally, very apologetic and most importantly, took action to train their drivers and installed dash cams etc. I was so grateful for this and if only more businesses were so caring and responsible! Thank you Alan!
Terrible place to work gave them 2 weeks notice for my new job, so they stopped putting me on the rota lost out on money just before christmas Thanx guy's.
Throughout my continued employment with Lingwood Security I have throughly enjoyed working the team. They are professional and a great company to work for.
Not the greatest security firm on the market but they do try their very hardest... awful place to work . A lot of sleep goes on by most staff, they are still paying minimum wage which shows a lack of confidence in their staff it's a no from me ...
