In addition to our hospice and palliative care services in San Diego County area , LightBridge Hospice also offers grief counseling programs for individuals who have lost loved ones due to illness or other causes. These programs include one-on-one counseling sessions as well as group therapy sessions where participants can share their experiences with others who have gone through similar situations.
