It isn't too crowded like other bookstores. The service is great always.

A DISASTER!!! They leave the phone off the hook all day to attend uninterrupted public. You have to waste time to go in person to find out order status. I paid a few licenses for PDFs on 7/24/17 and they told me that they arrived in week to week and a half, I went on 7/31/17 and they told me that they arrived in week to week and a half, and I went on 7/8/17 and they told me that they arrived in week to week and a half. The employee looked at the receipt and answered without searching the system. I told him that I did not understand how it was that they did not know the status of the order and they told me that they have no control over when the publishing house sends them. It seems that they cannot find out the status of the order either or prefer not to waste time looking for the information ... If you can, spend a few minutes going to the next nearest bookstore; Don't waste time stopping here!
