Libes is one of the best schools country wide offering teveta programs in Livingstone. They have a wide range of trade courses to diploma courses. It's affiliated to UNZA and is a registered center for distance programs at UNZA. With mushrooming schools country wide LIBES is not swayed by the up coming half naked competitors. Being a public institution. It offer quality programs resulting in quality graduates
