Awful AVOID AVOID AVOID,

At first everything was fine staff were great went to the test centre passed and was very happy, Then my CPC certificate didn't arrive after 3 months so I called in and was informed that they were sending it out, after patiently waiting for a further 3 months (tired of waiting) I phoned again with the same answer (we are sending it out). Now 15 months later I'm calling them saying my Employer does not believe I passed I have nothing to show for it where is this certificate! and they decide to send it 2nd class a day later, Still haven't got it now so for all I know the thing doesn't exist and its all just a scam.

Can i just say the tutors on CPC course are very proffesional and very knowledgable and very disciplined you start at 8 and finish at 4. The most important thing is the company and its tutors dont cut corners everything is done by the book which to me is a proffesional company. Big thank you to Melvyn and Dave tutors like them are few and far between. Big thank you to them and all staff. Thanks Dale
