Had to email them my documentation because fax was down, they didn't have on file for them to give me a letter of release. Called 2 weeks straight they keep telling me fax is down may get fixed today for 2 weeks. Sorry excuse of law firm.

it said on their answering machine to leave a message with my name and phone number and they would call me on their next business day, I never received a call back from them.

I've called them 4 times. Each time I'm quoted a different balance. The balances they've given have a range of over $1000, yet I've only paid them $100.

Called 4 days in a row in hopes of speaking to someone however when I called the office number the fax machine came on and when I called the 800 number no one ever picked up

I have called both phone numbers multiple times over the past week and a half....at least 20 attempts and still not been able to get through. You want money but not to answer the phone. BBB here i come.

The worst kind of human beings. Representing corporate greed with no regard to the human on the receiving end. Truly the epitome of the soulless empty suit lawyer often joked about. They should be ashamed of themselves if they had any humanity in which to feel shame. Circling vultures feeding on the avarice that has laid waste to the middle class.

I needed a letter of paid in full after calling for a week I received nothing. A home refi depended on this letter. Very unhappy with their customer service.

Run away from this company while you still can. Very threatening, unrealistic, cruel, heartless and inhuman. Quick to sue and do not care about working things out with customers. Employees are very rude and not helpful, they yell at you when you ask a question. The list is very long but I stop here.......Very bad place for business. Advise to company: no need to be rude and cruel just to make money, kindness pays better than rudeness
