This is a great place to work. The training is awesome and everyone is very friendly and helpful.

This company is associated with many banks and credit unions. They are giving employees access to banks customers information and it s not secure. This is why a lot of people are victims of credit card/ bank fraud. This company allows there employees to access the information at home. The call volume is ridiculously high. This is a Terrible place to work.

Worst job to work at. Got hired in July and got fired in September because I was still in training instead of asking what I don t get or trying to help me improve they decided to cut their losses which is funny because I m a student at DePaul University with a 4.0 gpa so I don t see how I wasn t qualified enough to work here. If you have no college or Barely any high school education this is the perfect job for you. I do admit they will hire anyone so anybody has a chance of getting hired 80 year olds, felons there s even someone at the age of 17 in there. Sp if you want a easy 4K just go through the training program they offer easiest money I ve made.

Best job I have ever had. Gave me the opportunity to make a career out of what I was expecting to be a temporary thing. Training is amazing as well as the benefits and bonus program! I recommend applying if you are looking for a company that cares about you and your career goals.
