Two words unprofessional and degrading that Ireka Smith is. Very opposite of what a good MSM should represent. Repulsive and horrific is how she treats her associates. Her lack of patience and communication during my current home situation during COVID and firing me just when I lost my mother to COVID was just despicable. Do better Ireka!

We used LEL Services for a little over four years. In the beginning I couldn t say enough great things about their services and staff. I became staff myself and worked through them. I will just say is very difficult to be both staff and guardian while working for this company. Toward the end of our discontinuing services. There was a clear lack of transparency and professionalism. I would suggest doing your research. There are other companies out there that offer the same services. I didn t realize that when we first started. But to LEL s credit some of the team members we do still have. We wouldn t have found if it had it not been for LEL. So for that I m very grateful.
