I would give this company zero stars if I could. I placed an order with shipping guaranteed within 1-7 business days, after 14 days my order still had not shipped. I contacted them and they told me the item was out of stock, thanks for the notice??, and that they would give me 20% off my order. My order finally arrived 33 days after placing it AND I received ZERO discount. I contacted them and told them I was dissatisfied and that they needed to do something more to salvage a customer and poor reviews. They finally credited me 20% off, with no apology/email as they had when I first contacted them. Extremely poor customer service and business practices. I pray this review loses them more business than what they made off of me. I will NEVER order from them again.
