Absolutely terrible attitudes from both the wierd creepy 'supervisor' Tom Pendry and the ignorant unskilled 'carpenter' Joe Baldock, who couldn't even use a tape measure and wanted to cut an inch off the door that would have rendered it too short 🙄 Arrived minus any of the materials needed and lazyily shirked the other work. Made random excuses as to why they were just talking amongst themselves instead of working for hours, saying they were waiting for this 'new starter' as they 'had to teach him on the job' (lies) and tried to put the blame on me to my landlord for asking (politely) two questions 1. Why aren't you starting the work and 2. When are you starting the work? Was just given random lies, when the actual reason was they were completely unprepared a had really sent the 'new starter' travelling around South Wales all day looking for a door that was out of stock locally, because the idiots hadn't ordered it (or the sink, tap or worktop) prior to the job! Supervisor gaslighted me to the point I fainted (I'm a cancer patient). Had seriously bad discriminatory attitudes to Social housing tenants saying 'we are not allowed to interact with tenants'! Appalling company, who lie, manipulate and deceive in order to shirk work and take absolutely no responsibility for their total incompetence.

I recently used this company's services and I must say, I was not disappointed. The staff was friendly and the work they did exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!
