I can t thank lasting impressions enough! When UPS failed to deliver a package on time for an event- lasting impressions intercepted the package and drove it 45 minutes to me so we would have it in time for our event. Talk about customer service!
LOVE this place! John is so great to work with and he stops by often with new product info and deals. Chloe is also awesome, she's prompt with orders and updates. I couldn't ask for 2 better people to work with! I want to add that Judy is so sweet and gives amazing hugs!! Everyone I've met from here is so easy going and you can tell they truly care about their customers. I go to them for all our promotional needs, company clothing orders and then some. Our work always turns out better then expected!

Steve Kreager is great! His team is awesome to work with, they have done tons of different orders for us from pens, to gifts and they always do a fantastic job. We also enjoy going to the Lions that ROAR event at Ford Field to see up close all the promotional products in hand as opposed to just viewing them online.

6/1/18 Just updating my post about Lasting Impressions! Mark and Jeff and the rest of the staff over there is awesome. I literally placed a order on Tuesday and 48 hours later i received our order! Those guys are Rockstars! Fast and Reliable .. You cant go wrong with them! Thanks!
