Event of the year!! Definitely a place to visit, Woh events for young and not so young !! Excellent cone and friendly people !!

DO NOT GO THERE, scandalous shameful organisation! We have ordered a night of camping but have been refused entry to the parc because supposedly you are only allowed to enter with a day pass. Not only was that information to be found absolutely nowhere, but in addition to that were the people handling our situation not understanding at all with regards to our problem. I would also like to add that, at first, the organisation of the festival told us the payment was refused - we were informed of that by email -, and not once did they think it necessary to call us and inform us of the fact that the payment was, in fact, arrived. There we were, having paid more than 60 euros for a place we were not even allowed to enter. After having called several times we were told that no solution was to be found and that only a potential reimbursement was possible (but, of course, to add to the bad overall organisation, we were asked to send them an email after the festival was over in the hope of getting our money back - which we are not too hopeful about given all the trouble we have been through already and the absence of solution we managed to find). We spent a whole morning trying to solve that problem and the only result we obtained was an employee of the festival judging us over the phone with his colleagues.

They have tacky signs printed all over public footpaths in Brussels (and running the urban landscape) that are still there even tho the event happened weeks ago

Excellent festival, friendly staff, nice music. People are relaxed and the place is very child-friendly (A lot of various activities are organized for children)

Wonderful festival! Friendly staff and good organisation. Awesome artists! You will not regret coming over. Highly recommended!
