Lanzarote villas

I recently booked a villa through a company that offers holiday rentals in Lanzarote. Overall, my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and find information about the available villas. The booking process was straightforward, and I received a confirmation email promptly. However, I was slightly disappointed with the customer service. I had a few questions prior to my trip, and it took a while to get a response. Additionally, upon arrival at the villa, I noticed some minor cleanliness issues. The villa itself was comfortable, but it lacked some basic amenities that I expected based on the description. The location was decent, but it would have been helpful to receive more information about nearby attractions and services. In conclusion, while my stay was satisfactory overall, there were a few areas where the company could improve to enhance the customer experience.
