As with any car deal, please be careful. Check. Check and check some more. I purchased a used car from Lakeside in March of this year. In general, my experience was typical but not awful. Single woman shopping. Salesmen were dismissive. But, that is to be expected and, again, they were not horrible. I negotiated for the price I wanted to pay and we made the deal, after several hours. Fast forward four months and I take the car to a car wash. When going through the drying section of the car wash, my back windshield was sucked out of my car. After speaking with glass specialists, they let me know there was something wrong with my glass when this happened. I didn't check the car well enough before I purchased it. Even when salespeople are decent to you, check the car. the Carfax doesn't tell everything and Lakeside certainly wan't going to be honest about it. So, do your due diligence, people. Lakeside, along with others, are their jobs. Selling cars but not caring about what you may go through after the sale.

The experience that we had at Lakeside Toyota was great. We went there because they had the biggest selection of Toyota 4 runners, it was an hour from our home. After looking at the selection we decided that we wanted to special order one exactly like we wanted. Salesman Rudy was the best! We ordered what we wanted, came in a lot quicker than we thought, zero miles, and absolutely beautiful. When we went back to pick it up, it was in its own special bay, shined up and ready to go. Rudy had everything ready to go within an hour or so we were walking out the door. Wonderful experience!

My experience was fabulous. Mr. Licht was so wonderful and patient with me. My sister had gone to him when she bought her car and she introduced him to me. He is the best ever. Now I just have to remember what he told me about the car. It is fabulous. I will recommend my friends to you

The finance manager Jessie was absolutely great to work with. Overall we found the staff friendly, courteous, and very professional. It was a great buying experience with none of the usual hassles and games I ve experienced at other dealerships. This is a 5-star place!
