I was looking for an obscure piece of ground glass and Bobbi spent quite some time figuring out what would work and then special ordering it for me. Excellent customer service!

This place is great for lab supplies. It got us out of a jam with some PBS tabs. Also had a nice selection of microscopes and lab tools.

Ordered a Yamato oven and went to the Lab Pro facility in Sunnyvale to pick it up. I thought it would fit pretty easily in my SUV but the box and packaging material to secure the oven made it slightly too tall to fit through the tailgate. Ricky and his colleague helped remove the oven from the box and since it was no longer able to be lifted by the pallet jack, they loaded the approximately 150 lb oven by hand. Great service!

There isn t a place within miles (or online for that matter) that tops this place. Within most companies, customer service seems to be going the way of the dodo (an extinct bird if it went over your head), but this is one place you will find it. I have been a longtime customer, and will continue to be. Quite a few changes were made with the layout in the not so distant past, and I have found myself telling quite a few people just to stop by and look around. Lab Pro is as close to being perfect as I have found whenever I am in need of supplies or chemicals, and it has helped save the day on more last minute occasions (that were also usually panicked) than I can recall.
