I recently purchased tiles from this company and I have to say I have mixed feelings. The selection of tiles was quite extensive and I appreciated the variety. However, the customer service was lacking and I found it difficult to get assistance when I needed it. The website was user-friendly and made browsing easy, but when it came to delivery, there were some delays that were not communicated clearly. On a positive note, the quality of the tiles I received was good, and I was satisfied with that aspect. Overall, it was an average experience - not great, not terrible. I hope the company can improve on their customer service and communication to make the experience smoother for future customers. βΊοΈ
