The reviews are correct- DON T USE THIS COMPANY. Problems from the very beginning of the project. They didn t follow conservation rules and poured concrete incorrectly putting us back about a year! Not once did they apologize or take responsibility for their mistakes. All they cared about was getting their checks on time. One manager was fired Mid way through the project and we weren t notified then another quit. What a waste of time and money with these disrespectful crooks.

We had a great experience with the Bella Vista team working on our remodel. They're a very thoughtful and reactive team, helping us through every stage of the process, from design to punch list. We really appreciated the detail towards documentation as well. Thank you Darin, Jonni, Sara, Patty and Anne!

I am a vendor that was contracted to do a job on behalf of Bella Vista. My direct contact was with Jimmy Bullock. I was informed the job should be on fast track approval by next week, well it took 4. Then it was incredibly difficult to simply sign paperwork and get a check for half down so we could book the job, so I went to their office, met with Jimmy, signed paperwork and guess what.... no check. Despite making the appointment in advance, I had to come back an hour and a half later to pick the check up, but not at the office, at another of their work sites. Their customer is moving into the house in a week, so we rushed them into our schedule and had it done in 3 days, for which Mr. Bullock assured me we would have the final payment by the next Friday after the job was done. Guess what, no check. The following week I contacted him again and was told he would have the check by about 2pm that Friday for which we arranged for my boss to pick up the check. Mr. Bullock asked for his name and told me the check would be ready in his name to pick up. My boss called at 1:30 PM to confirm the check would be there, as everything had been so difficult so far, but we were pleased to find out it would be ready by 2:30 for him to get. My boss shows up at 2:30 only to find out there is no check and there would be no check, they are mailing them out and would not give it to him over the counter. UNBELIEVABLE. Well my boss is furious at this point as he delayed a personal trip out of town to collect the check. He had me follow up and find out what the heck is going on. I contacted Mr. Bullock who told me he was in a meeting and would be out in a SECOND! 50 minutes later, he still had not responded as he said he would pull the check if he could and I could come get it. 30 minutes later, no response. I called the Bella Vista Office and spoke to a PARTNER. I explained the situation and he explained their check process to vendors. I told him that's all fine, but if its always the following week and checks are always mailed, why was I allowed to come in to get the first check? But more importantly why did first, Mr. Bullock promise me the check last week? Then promise me and arrange for my boss to pick it up the next Friday, and why when my boss called the office an hour in advance was he told to come get the check, if it was NEVER GOING TO BE GIVEN TO HIM??? The partner, then said " I will ask Mr. Bullick what was going thru his head, but if the check had not already been mailed, he would shred it up now so no one would get it!" All I can say is WOW??? All we did is what their people told us to do and that's what we got! Never do business with this group. They dont seem to know their own process and get angry at you when they fail you?

I am a neighbor to their incredibly messy job site. The lawn is not cut, the site is not properly drained or sand bagged so the run off of mud, sand and debris is in our yard to the point it has degraded our trenching and littered our drainage system with sludge which we have had to pay to remedy. Trades work Sundays and not is a quiet manner per code, there is no tarping while cutting brick, wood and tile so our back yard is full of dust, so much I have to bring my children inside. I have reached out to discuss with no response. Next step is to call the city. Tried to be a good neighbor.....
