The owner is disrespectful and very rude every time she emails me she misspell my name, now I can understand it and tolerate it if it happened once or twice, but five times, five is a lot and it is a sign of intentional mistake that she kEEps on doing just because we had a slight misunderstanding and they didn t do the job that I asked them to do. I will never ever frame any of my work with them again..

I commissioned LA Art Exchange to fix a box frame with a delicate work by Damien Hirst as well as a fulll frame for a Botero. I dealt with Adam Cardello at the time and they did an amazing job. They were very attentive and careful to understand the work requests. Needless to say all was perfectly executed and I knew the works where in very trusting hands.

I've collected a number of absolutely gigantic/heavy gold Victorian frames but haven't known exactly what to do with them. My girlfriend has been suggesting L.A. Art Exchange for almost a year so I finally caved. Anyways, after my husband lugged three of the smaller ones into the back of our car I headed over. Lemme start by noting that their customer service is SO friendly. Seems like everyone there enjoys their jobs. Anyways, I mentioned to the gentleman behind the counter that I had some heavy frames in the car and he carried them all inside! He immediately noticed a number of scratches on the bottom left hand corner and mentioned their restoration services - it looks perfect now. That said, I went there to get a bit of art consulting help. I don't know what to put in them! Anyways, long story short, they're now all hung in our house, felt backed, perfect condition, full of beautiful art and they all work cohesively as a group. Really couldn't have done it without the help of the creative people behind L.A. Art Exchange!
