I live in the town where Kreg all started. I've had a Kreg Jig for years and have loved it. Decided to do a big shop renovation and started looking into what Kreg currently had to offer. Got their ACS cutting system and was so happy that I made a couple more purchases before deciding I'm just going to go all in on Kreg equipment. This company doesn't just make great products, they also support the communities they are in, very generous to the community and especially the schools. Their crown molding jig is great for a beginner doing crown. Their mobile project center is excellent for many uses, such as a mother saw stand. I highly recommend Kreg Tools to everyone I know. If you want to purchase from a company that stands behind their product 110% then you re buying from the right place. I had some issues with broken/missing items with the track saw/project table. I was dealing with Amazon for over a week with nothing resolved, so I was ready to send everything back for a refund. I decided to call Kreg before I spent double the money on Festool and I m glad I did. Not only did I hang up the phone with a smile, but I had all my replacement parts that same week. Ben is the customer service rep that helped me and he is awesome. I know first hand how hard it is to find good employees, rest assured you guys have at least one really really good employee by the name of Ben.
I purchased a Kreg universal work bench from Amazon, and for some reason, none of the packages came equipped with bolts and nuts to assemble them. One quick email to Kreg brought an equally quick response - and a full package of replacement hardware in the mail. Fantastic service and nice folks to deal with. Highly recommended!
