I walked into kpn with my broken phone that is less than a year old, and I was immediately told because there is a spot on it but I had to go a few stores further because this would be out of warranty
so a device with a few cosmetic spots is already rejected in advance and I have the idea that kpn says with this we will sell you a phone but without guarantee because after the first week there will be some cosmetics to see
