An agent quoted both a homeowners and auto policy that were to start on the same date. One month later, I could not locate any information regarding the auto policy. Could not track down the agent or get the agent to return my call or emails. Finally learned through someone else in the company that nothing had been done with the auto quote and I had been without coverage for a month. Because I had a lapse (my first in my adult life), I had difficulty securing auto insurance elsewhere. When I spoke with the agent responsible, she apologized and first explained that she had been ill. Then she said that she had been hospitalized. I'm not sure what matter of checks and balances are in effect at Koverage One, but my quote was left untouched, and would still be untouched if I hadn't inquired about my policy. I do not plan on remaining with this company much longer. They should be falling all over themselves to keep my business, and yet, nobody - not the agent, nor her supervisors - seem to care.
