I love the ability to customize and see true colors with the cloth they send. Shipping is super quick. The bow ties are high quality. The only reason this review is 4 stars instead of 5 is because the detail of the pattern doesn't come through as clear on the fabric in person as it does on the site. This could be my fault for choosing one the most detailed patterns. Still, we're able to mix up the color scheme for our wedding while being consistent in the design. Love it. Their customer service is great as well.

Excellent customer service! I purchased the little lumbar pillow in the pretty velvet material and use it every day! It hits my back perfectly. I also ordered a floral mask. It is very nice and soft. Thank you so much!

We had family from out of state moving another family member to CO. I wanted to get everyone a "reminder" of CO so I thought what would be more appropriate for these times than a face mask? I ordered 5 masks including 1 for myself, (it's Columbines, note my profile pic). I got everyone a different representation of CO and they were delivered very quickly. Everyone loved theirs. Mentioned how soft and comfortable they are. Will definitely be looking for other masks!

I am so excited about this option for our daughter s wedding!!!! The group at Knotty ties has been responsive, timely and creative in their concepts for our willow branch theme wedding. As soon as the bridesmaids dresses have been selected we can get just the right shade of green! What a great company!

I don't like the fit. The wire pieces to shape around the nose are just weird. Why not incorporate them into the mask? They look dumb on the outside.

I'm revising my review. They've come out with a mask where the nose wire pieces are incorporated into the mask. It seems to work well. I like the over the head elastic as it doesn't pull on ears.

The pillows I received were absolutely great but took 13 days from shipment to receive. I believe service would be quicker if perhaps USPS weren't being used right now. Perhaps they will catch up now post holidays, but that part of the experience wasn't great. Do love what your company does though!

Quick response time from the team. Great experience from a personal perspective. Site wise, it's weird I can't order swatches from custom ties I create. Waiting on a team member to add them to my Project seems unnecessary. Sharing a wishlist also proved impossible which was frustrating. Locking certain colors into one spot would be helpful as well. Like if I know what the background should be but want to shuffle the remaining 3-5 colors rather than awkwardly dragging squares around.

Skai and the team at Knotty went above and beyond to help us build a set of personalized ties for each guy in our wedding party. It was really neat that we could have the tie front be consistent between the groomsmen or bridesmen, and each tail be custom to each recipient. The team at Knotty made it fun to put together and helped so much with customizing designs, matching colors, making sure everything went smoothly. They were great wedding gifts and a highlight in the wedding planning process!
