King + company, cpas

I recently had the opportunity to work with a CPA firm for my tax filing needs, and I chose King + company, cpas. Their website, kingcocpa.com, provided me with a great first impression, showcasing their expertise and vast range of services. The initial consultation was informative and the team seemed knowledgeable. However, as I progressed through the process, I found their response time to be average. While they delivered the final tax documentation on time, I expected more proactive communication and updates throughout. The overall experience was satisfactory, but I felt that the personalized touch was missing. The team was professional, but I didn't feel a strong connection or sense of individualized attention. I appreciate their efforts, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of client engagement and responsiveness.
