They have been doing construction on my road for at least 4 full working days. Have still been by the same entrance to High Praises church all this time. I sat in my car for over an hour waiting for them to let traffic pass. Not *once* did any cars get to move towards the direction or pass us coming towards us from the other side. Absolute garbage site and traffic management. Not considerate, poor planning, and as always plenty of people standing around not doing anything while very few people do the actual work.
Workers took 3x amount of time allotted for job. Failed to put cones out, or any markers for that matter, for preventing drivers from driving in the incorrect lane.
I get my milling from here and the prices are very reasonable. Also the staff and workers are very polite and helpful.
I have tried several times applying for this job and have heard nothing in return. I hope to apply again soon and get a interview.
I like this company so far
There seems to be room to move up and make a career if you are willing to work. And as for Kyle Haught. He was a slack worker always wanting to sit in the truck and never help. Plus breaking equipment from not knowing what he is doing and not asking questions. He was fired for being slack and not showing an effort to further his career. I knew this kid personally years ago and he has always been an underachiever and a hypochondriac. This is a great company to work for and a preferred asphalt company of scdot.
I'm an employee of this great company and couldn't ask for a better company or group of guys to work with.
