If I could give zero stars I would. This company has the worst customer service EVER!!! They kept almost $700 from the company I work for. The product we ordered would not work for our application due to a change that was made. They don't issue checks & this was the first & only time we had used...

I have spent an hour trying to place an order totalling $1,800 and now have to call in and place the same order on the phone reading each item number and quantity like I would have had to do before the days of the internet. For an order of 3 or 4 feet of material, you have to wait more than an hour. There are too many people working in that place to be so slow. I don't go back to that place.

They have shipped me the wrong items more than a handful of times and in the end it has cost me $1000's of dollars. If you do not babysit every order you are almost guaranteed major errors. Be prepared to wait an hour for order pick-up. The sales counter will say 30 minute wait but it will be over an hour. I wish they told me that in the first place I could have planned accordingly. Even for phone orders it takes about 30 minutes to get the items ready.
