The experience was unfortunately lacking. 🥺 The product quality didn’t match the expectations set by their marketing. I faced significant delays in delivery, and communication was not as prompt as I would have liked. The customer service seemed overwhelmed and not very helpful. Overall, I was left feeling unsatisfied with the entire process. 🌧️
