we have been taking our 2yo son there for almost a year, and they have been doing a great job. With Covid-19 they have the kids in small groups/pods with minimal interactions of other groups/pods. They track everything from potty, food, and activities through the day. We love the daily photos of the activities they are doing.

Our son has been attending this facility for about 4 months now and we love it! They utilize an app and they track meals, diaper changes, naps, send messages and add pictures...it s wonderful! He always seems so happy when we pick him up. Not to mention he is special needs (Down syndrome) and everyone treats him just like every other kiddo, while still being mindful of his needs, which is what we want. They follow all protocols related to covid-19. The communication is very good to the families.

So happy we switched here. My son with special needs is happy to go to "school" now (whereas before he cried and wouldn't let go when dropping off at our old place). The staff are wonderful and very caring with him. The facility is big and clean, the kids go to different rooms to break up the monotony of the day and my little one is having so much fun with his new friends! Highly recommended!

All they care about is MONEY. My daughter learned nothing the time frame she was there. She has sickle Cell anemia and sometimes will be out from school. They called and I explained my child was sick and all they had to say to me is ok you have a balance and if it s not paid she can t return are you serious. (Which only the week before balance and the balance that was due that day for the week) Not is she ok and we hope she feel better, we will see her when she return. It s obvious I know there s a balance and I know how it works and it has to be paid but for that to be your only concern when I m worried about my child s health is some BS. Talked to another staff about removing my child because of this conversation because it was just wrong and her vibe was she could care less. She said well it s nothing I can do to convince you otherwise so have a good day and hung up. First you didn t try and you simply didn t care. This school SUCKS. Do not send your child there! The teachers are mean and I have watched them be mean to the children and also mean to each other in front of the children.

My child has been attending KinderCare Lakeside since October 2020 and I couldn't be happier or feel more blessed to have such a wonderful place for my child to go and such incredible staff taking excellent care of my child while I'm at work! Mrs. Chrissy and Ms. Madison are above and beyond the best! They go out of their way to make sure my child has and is given everything he needs, wants and what keeps him most happy! You can tell that KinderCare Lakeside takes what they do personally and that they genuinely care about making sure the children they care for are given the best opportunities to learn, do anything they can to keep them safe and healthy and truly just treat all the children as their own. They create lasting bonds with the children and don't treat them as just a job they are getting paid to do. My child has learned so much over the months. I love it! My child gets the structure, discipline, the best opportunity to learn and gets the social interaction and I don't have to worry about him during the day. I love they send updates and pictures throughout the day and notes to keep me informed. They truly co-parent with you and not just "watch" your kids. Thank you everyone at KinderCare for everything! You have truly made this Momma feel blessed to have you in our lives and part of our family!

Had to break up with my sons daycare rather abruptly. I must have called at least 25 places just to hear they were full and could not enroll my son, who is 4.5 and just months away from preschool graduation which he was really looking forward to. called rainbow and again was told they were full. The staff was empathetic with my situation and I was told the director would call me. I expected not to hear back from them as this was the trend with other facilities. A few hours later, I received a phone call from the Director saying that my son could attend school there most of the week. i was thrilled to say the least. I went in for a tour and was greeted by several friendly, welcoming staff members. This place is clean, well organized, all the children seemed very happy and my son and I are over the moon excited for him to start going there. I couldnt have asked for a better place to accept my son.

I love KinderCare! I m a first time mom and I was worried about leaving my daughter with strangers. The staff are super helpful and nice and treat my daughter like their own. They address any concerns you have and they are always updating you on your child s day! My daughter gets a big smile on her face when I drop her off! 100% would recommend anyone coming here especially if it s their first child!

I really love this center. It is clean, organized and my daughter is learning a ton. Ms Heidi, Ms Dayna, Ms Megan and Ms Stacy in the toddler room and all the staff / management are wonderful. They have an app and post updates/pics throughout the day. Highly recommend!

We had an issue with a previous daycare. Our son has been here since he was 7 months old, and I cannot praise these women enough! They re always there to listen to any concerns you have, hug your child when they re upset or comfort them when they re hurt.

Our son was home for almost 3 months with the pandemic and would ask everyday when he gets to see these guys again. They love your children like they re their own!

My kids have gone here for almost two years, and I could not of asked better people to look after them. My twin boys started at 12 weeks old. I was so scared and nervous because none of my other childern went to daycare that young, but after meeting them and seeing how well my boys took to them put me at ease. Honestly the ladies are more like second moms to my kids, then child care workers. They love going there, and are learning so much.

Thank goodness for Chrissy and the wonderful staff here at Lakeside KinderCare! Sending your child to daycare for the first time brings up many questions and even more emotions! They have made this transition so comfortable for my son... and let s face it...mostly for me. I already see his language skills improving, in just a few short weeks. I can t wait to grow with our new school family!
