Very friendly staff, good service, but until you get to them ... At least they have another place in the city where you can file a complaint, and to be more easily accessible with transportation. And despite the guarantees and repairs, after a month I have the same malfunction on the laptop.

We were left without a radiator for over a month in the middle of winter. The network of authorized service partners is completely incorrect, some do not and some do not even exist. Getting in contact is extremely difficult. Unprofessional.

They do really good primary job but their estimations to finish are just terrible. They go both ways - they did estimate of 3-4 days for a fix that was finished in a few hours and estimate of 2-3 days took more than week to complete...

I still experienced such a dislike in communication only in public and social institutions, as if people did not work for a salary.

My laptop was at least one month only for cleaning and heating issues.

As with any business holding its paw over a bunch of importers, the service is desperate, the wait is too long, the prices are enormous. As a service I would not recommend it to anyone, and even with a warranty are probably not the best option.

Any service where a door master tells me "who did this to you" is a service that you don't go to.

It's not possible to get some other laptop, etc. I must to wait, that's it. Completely different information from the same company and the system.
