Reception cell needs to get changed all the staff ...

Road side clinics have better systems. I came personally to seek for an appointment of Dr. Sheikh Hilal, ironically I was told to call at 3.30. When I called my ph wasn't picked despite many attempts and when it was picked my call was transferred and never picked again...

Staff members are non sense, and don't have manner to talk with customers but doctors are good

I am currently in the hospital with my wife they asked me for tests that i have done and they asked me to come after 1 hour and 2 hours have so far gone and i have went in lab 4 time every time Same procedure come after 20 minutes .they charge u reasonable but service of lab technology is poor kindly improve it be cause kashmir is are sufring every where

If you are not bothered to receive calls on the number mentioned on the prescription.then why are you writing to call for appointment.
I called on the number like 20 times but no response.
Really disappointed to see this..For simple appointment i have to visit the hospital...you guys are creating issues for the people who already are facing problems....

Hospital has deteriorated in patient care,despite being a private hospital charges are on the higher side compared to other Pvt Institutions in Srinagar.

Previously a Cinema before 1990, now a private hospital.
Very crowded at all times. Takes time to get concern specialised doctor.
Clean insides, Parking is very small for the vehicles.
All facilities are available, located in the very heart if city near old city.
Costly as hell and will upsell everything they can for even a scratch.

Its located in Khyam Chowk in Srinagar. Its a good hospital but its private not Government hospital....

ladies on counter and on phone call ...never give attention towards the customer problems ...if asked for any quary they say don't know ..on phone they put on hold and cut phone after a minutes...very bad experience of the hospital...Despite good doctors with nonsense staffs

Best Hospital in Srinagar or even Kashmir Valley with very reasonable fee for consultant. OPD Consulting charges is Rs. 300/- but if you visit again within 15 days nothing would be paid by you. According to my personal experience, all OPD Consultant Doctors are well educated and having very good experience in their medical field. I was suffering very annoying problems in my body from last year and was totally disappointed with my treatment even after visited best doctors of Delhi-NCR but when i came at Khyber Hospital my life change totally. General Physician Dr. Muneer Ahmed Lone adviced me to take some tests and based on test reports he confirmed me Thyroid and after two months my Thyroid was under control. In my second chance, i suffering UTI infection and almost four months passed my problem was not solve then i again visited Khyber Hospital where Urologist Dr. Malik Munqaj successfully solved my problem completely and currently my treatment is running with very good positive response. Two medical pharmacies situated in Hospital premises and price of medicine is minimal. As per suggestions, when you visit hospital please follow COVID-19 precautions and co-operate with Hospital staff. so as per my personal experience it is very very nice hospital with very experienced Doctors. Cleaning and atmosphere of hospital are good.

OPD service is good but other departments are lazy.
