Most everyone is nice but Nicole is great nice and knows her business, my disappointment is with a claim I filed October 2020 which was approved and have still not received my reimbursement. Really!!
KBA is a Third Party Administrator that processes the health and benefit plans according to the guidelines of the employer companies and insurance carrier clients. I can say with confidence that the business is operated with integrity and is a great place to work for employees!

I think that as they area a third party they charge you for everything and take advantage of you.
DO NOT buy into this insurance if you have a family. I have never heard of an insurance that puts a cap on the amount of RX coverage you get in a year, I will as soon as I can drop this so called coverage as soon as possible.
