Kennedy Care is the best company I ve worked for by far. When it comes to client care and employee care, KC sets an exceptional example on how people should be treated and cared for. They re beyond understanding and are able to be flexible in your schedule if need be.

Kennedy care is the first care service company I ve worked for that genuinely cares about their employees. Very flexible schedules, they do their best to match you with clients your personal services would be best suited for. Caring upper management who actually takes time to listen to their workers/clients concerns. Overall an incredible company, I feel very lucky to be a member of this team

Very flexible with scheduling and make sure the employee and client is a good fit for each other. I would use their services for a family member.

Im surprised this business has a 4.7 rating. My assumption is, it must be office people or family members writing the reviews.
I went through a lengthy rehire process recently. After WEEKS of trying to get cases in my area, I received a termination of employment from an HR person, out of the blue, for "not responding" In fact, those emails back and forth with her were the most conversations I have had with anyone in that company. I'm still waiting on a "I'll call you tonight or tomorrow by the latest"....that was last week.
By NO means am I upset....there are so many agencies hiring and in fact im with another one now, with so much work i cant keep up. What irritates me is this HR person told me she has proof that I was not responding but couldn't show me because of confidentiality. I have my own proof that I'd love to show! In fact, a care plan for a client that I wasn't even scheduled for, and asked to go in early!
No, ma'am, I'm not upset that I dodge this HUGE bullet of incompetence!
RUN....don't walk away from this company.

Kennedy care provided care givers for my mom while she was ill. She has an aid named Ashley who was an excellent care giver. I couldn t have asked for a better experience for my family. Thank you Kennedy Care and a huge thank you to Ashley.
