Their system is compatible with all Windows servers and the iSeries computer by IBM. They also interface with SQL servers. Their Planning and Zoning Compliance software has many helpful features. Is used to edit and insure permit compliance for the following features; Zoning and setback requirements, Historical District Editing, Flood Plain Editing, Flood Map Assignment and Date, Zoning Variances, Conditional Use and Special Use, Exempt and Denial Tracking. Reports may be generated daily, weekly and monthly. Once the Planning and Zoning review is complete the plans are approved.
