Steven Richardson is by far the best recruiter I've ever worked with. Never in my career has an external recruiter been so communicative, supportive and transparent throughout the entire interview process. What I loved the most about working with him is that he truly cared about how the process was going from my perspective. He wanted to debrief after each milestone to ensure he was able to communicate my feedback back to the company in order to make sure everyone was on the same page. I had the extreme pleasure of working with Amy at KDR. From point one she was really easy and engaging to talk to. Over the last three years I have worked with dozens of recruiters and I understand that there are those who just treat things like a sale they're making but on the other hand there are people like Oscar who keep you in the loop at all times, actually respects when you have preferred days/times or even formats for contacting, a man of his word!
