very poor customer service. purchased product on line and they charged over $15.00 shipping and sent it to wrong place - billing address rather than where I wanted it (400 miles away). My son spent another $16.00 sending package to me and they were only willing to credit me $7.71. penny wise and pound foolish. bad company to do business with.
