These guys are bunch of idiots. They do just enough enough maintenance to keep the building from collapsing. A total pain the a** to deal with too. Don't rent from Kanbar unless you want a new problem every day

Update 5/13: Just went I thought they couldn't any worse, they got worse. The sidewalk is collapsing into the basement. Don't walk around our building!

We're extremely happy with our office space, and it gives me peace of mind to know that I have someone responsive I can call with any issues. It feels surreal to be in such a beautiful historic building! You can tell the Prices genuinely care about their tenants and their properties.

Awesome property management company. They really value their tenants, and very concerned with the downtown development. Price Family Properties has great property managers and very beautiful buildings, you really need to check them out.

Their customer service is top notch! Always able to get a live person on the phone on the first try and they make your issue their priority!

I moved a 20,000 sf office into a 12,000 sf space at Price's Executive building, and tasked them with completing the build out in less than 60 days. My experience was beautiful, which I never thought I'd say about a build out. I can't say enough good things about Daniel Reagan, who managed the lease and the build out. Once we got moved in, Joe Neal was my contact, and at the risk of being effusive, I just love Joe Neal. I will follow Daniel and Joe wherever they go. I hope I get to work with them again in the future, because as previously stated, I adore them.
