Been here 3 months. Setup is pretty intuitive once you get into it. Commission structure is fair. Only complaint is sometimes during Asian hours orders take a bit longer to fill but honestly not a dealbreaker. Customer service is helpful when you actually need them.

Opened account here to test out algorithmic trading. Demo account was good for testing. Live trading is smooth execution wise. Only thing is API documentation could be way better took me forever to figure out how to connect my bot. Once it was set up no problems tho. Would recommend for algo traders willing to put in the work.

Scalping EUR/USD here. Spreads are tight enough I guess, sometimes 0.5 pips during London session which is decent. Slippage is minimal so that's good. Platform is a bit clunky compared to other brokers but it works. Customer service took like 2 days to respond to my ticket which was annoying but they fixed it eventually.

8 months in with J2T and it's been pretty smooth. Best thing is you can trade NYSE NASDAQ LSE from one account. Started with a demo account to test it out before putting real money in. Got their card to withdraw profits but the FX fees are steep. Sterling Trader PRO requires a high minimum which sucks. Also watch withdrawal fees they add up fast.

Trading equities here for a few months now. No major complaints. Fees are low interface works. Nothing fancy but it does the job. Would be better if they had more educational content for beginners but if you know basics you're fine.

Out of all the brokers I've tried, this one's way the easiest to use imo. Like there's no unnecessary stuff cluttering everything, it's just... simple and intuitive you know? Perfect when you're trying to focus on actually making money with your strategy. I mostly do futures which isn't easy, but this platform doesn't get in the way.

Trading with these guys for like over a year now. Made some solid money tbh. Never had any problems pulling out cash, so I honestly don't understand why people say they can't withdraw. I mean, some of those angry reviews... idk, feels like they're just mad they lost money or tried to scam the platform and got caught lol.

using mt5 desktop for futures. stable. web version is basic but whatever. deposit via card. withdrawal couple days. good enough.

had an ES futures limit order that didn't fill during a fast move. support was slow (a day) but sent me the exact tick data showing my price was just outside the touch. frustrating but fair. with direct access you're competing in the queue, not against the broker.

All in all, a clean, no-frills experience with access to some nice global markets.
