Jus Running

Jus' Running is my favorite running store in Asheville. Their staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. It's also nice to know that when you buy your shoes and gear here you support a local business and contribute to Asheville's vibrant running community. Highly recommend.

I have narrow heels and wide toes. This makes finding shoes, especially for running, hard. They were patient and knowledgeable. Will definitely be back.

Very knowledgeable staff. Huge selection and they are very helpful, whether you are buying a lot or a small purchase. The only complaint is wish the store were a little larger.

The guys at Jus' Running are great. They helped me to find the right shoe after all these years of trying to do it myself wrong. The prices are really good and you might even find something on sale. Jus' go there and let the professional staff assist you. You'll find what you're looking for and you can even run on the treadmill to try before you buy. They have my business!

I recently purchased a pair of Brooks which happened to be on sale. I wore them for several hours and surprisingly they hurt my feet. They typically will exchange shoes if they are barely worn but because these were on sale they would not even let me exchange. Even though they were on sale they were not cheap and now I am stuck with shoes that hurt. I believe I ll stick with Foot Rx.

Was just in the store (12/17/18 at 5pm). Looked at shoes for 30 minutes. I was the only customer. The 3 employees working just kept chatting. I asked them a question because I had no idea what the difference between these shoes are. They seemed not exactly pleased they had to stop talking about PR's or how some people's ideas of what to wear when they run are wrong.

"Pretentious" would be accurate.

Same thing happened last time and I thought I'd give them another chance. I've bought several pairs of shoes there in the past but I'm never going back.

I was visiting from out of town and am so grateful for the help of the staff! The man who helped me was able to select several different shoes to help me reduce my pain when running. He helped me pick out a pair from a brand I would have never found on my own. You are even encouraged to take them around the parking lot for a test drive, which really helped me narrow down the selection. A few runs after with my new shoes and I m still super pleased! Thank you!

I went to five shoe stores before my son told me to try Jus Runnin. Try to get comfortable shoes for women at any of the standard shoe stores. If you are looking for a comfortable walking shoe this is definitely where you can get shoes that are like a hug for your feet!

Staff was excellent. I wore in some old running shoes and Mandy was able to look at them, watch my gait, and listen to my complaints and suggest multiple great pairs of shoes. The whole staff was friendly and knowledgeable of the merchandise. Will return when I need shoes again.

Buy local to get the best fit, running info, etc...always check the sale area for great deals. Jus Running is the place to go in Asheville!

Had the correct shoes in 3 different colors, all of them fluorescent. Not everyone is an attention-seeking "child" you know... what happened to "normal" shoes? seriously though, at this rate might as well add blinky LEDs to all the shoes, maybe sound effects too?

About the only place in Asheville to get proper advice for running and athletic shoes.

I've seen this place for decades, and I finally decided to stop in to get some shoes, now that I actually am a runner. The staff at Cool Runnings was great and helped me find a perfect pair. They even have a treadmill to try them out on.

Great place to get direct attention and evaluation for the right shoe. On busy Merrimon Avenue, but good parking and good folks to get you all setup for your running game.

I want to thank you for ordering my new shoes. I received the new Hoka Carbon X shoes this week. I normally run in Hoka Elevon and really enjoy them. In addition, I trail run in Hoka Speedgoat 3. I ran a seven-mile run in the new Carbon X and I love them. They do feel much different from the Elevon, but not in a bad way. They are light and fast. The shoe was stiff for the first few miles, but seemed fine after that. I believe the Carbon X is going to be a great shoe. Thanks again for special ordering them.
