Great place to stay!

Great place to stay!
Good localisation, only 15-20 mins from London Victoria via train, 15 mins from Gatwick. Nice, newly refurbished rooms. Excellent service and good food in restaurant.

What a place! Staff so happy and polite! Restaurant quiet but with great Food selection on Breakfast. You can find everything that you wish for in the bar, drought beer, gin, costa coffee! Dinner Manager very attentive - Really Enjoyable stay!

Comfortable, quiet, and spacious room with a perfectly adequate bathroom. Hairdryer was useless but I always bring my own anyway. Within easy walking distance of the train station and local shops and amenities. No teabags in the room though!

First Class Hotel! Smooth check-in and room easy to find. Bar with a good variety of drinks, and dinner menu makes this place perfect to few days stopover. Train Station only 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Lexi In the bar - provided great service as well.

Useless door in the middle of the room. Bed is uncomfortable to the point that I woke up with back pain. Dirty stained towel in room looked like there was blood was on it; Hence, not enough attention to details paid in cleaning the room, standards are simply mediocre at best.

Hotel really nice 4 out of 5 for that and breakfast but Sarah at reception was a star an 11 out of 10 if ever there was! Helped with directions to all the sights I'd come specifically to see and did it with both a warmth and smile that will bring us back again!!!

The staff were all amazing and have been for the 6 months I've been here for work, especially Michelle and Rosita who have been more than accommodating since I got her and I can't thank them enough... Thanks for a great stay I will be back and would highly recommend!!
