The software is difficult to use, especially in terms of time entry and document management (upload, download, and their location). Still a lot of features with more clicks than necessary and not very intuitive. But there seems to be a will to improve it all, to be continued.

I have been working with Juris Concept for several years (7 years). It's like a Simply Accounting dating from 1906 !!! We worked with the software directly downloaded to our computers and with the online version. Obviously, the programmer has no accounting skills AT ALL! Exiting a report still requires 12,000 operations and 99.4% of reports are completely unnecessary. The online version leaves something to be desired ... There is still a lot of work to be done to simplify the software and make it easy to use. The age of accounts payable, age of receivables, time entries per employee, fees billed, information pertaining to financial statements are essential elements that should be just a click away for easy access. Changing the time entry date is problematic because there are 4 potential places to change the date ... There is no pay module which forces us to use another software to calculate the pay ... A lot of time wasted for nothing. Simplicity should be the order of the day. A positive note: there are regular updates that make me believe that the software should improve over time. Please consider these comments. Once again, the key word to remember: SIMPLICITY, SIMPLICITY and SIMPLICITY!
