Took it in to check on a leaky tire, was seen right away and was given multiple choices on repairs... friendly staff... I was in and out in about 10 minutes... great place...

Great family run tire shop! I had a screw in the tire of my car, took it to BMW as I was concerned about a fix to high performance tires, they referred me to Julio and Sons, said they did great work for tire repairs. The shop is right off of US1, pulled up and within 2 minutes they had the tire off of the car and set to work with the internal patch, 15 minutes and $20 later, I was back on the road.

I'm looking at the reviews and notice some people's poor reviews , which I cant understand. My experiences are nothing but fantastic. The owner Angel bends over backwards to make me happy.
I have nothing but great things to say about this business.

My wife and I have been customers for about 10 years now. I always asked when they would start doing more than just the tires. Now they do it all. Just was able to get all my service done. When I first pulled up at this place it was nice looking it's clean and the first person to talk to me was angel he looked at the tire that I had and knew the problem right off the bat he didn't try and sell me something I didn't need. he sold me something that I needed hats off to the guys at work for an outstanding professional reminds me of a lot of back home which I'm from New Orleans Louisiana very very good people I would definitely bring any vehicle you have over there to have just about any Tire you need and for some brand new tires I went ahead and asked him to look up the best tire that I can have my truck and I will be doing this this with him again definitely bring anybody's vehicle over their outstanding work thank you

I went there because I had a screw in one of my almost brand new tires. They were very honest and upfront about the patch and got the job done quickly.

I noticed that they pay attention to detail and even on a small job like mine they take the time to do it right. When remounting the tire they had put an arrow to indicate where it was originally mounted. This is important to preserve the tire balancing and I have learned this the hard way from other tire shops that don't do this.

I will definitely recommend them in the future.

Ive gone to this place for three years now for my tires and they are great. Last time I had a bent rim and they replaced it for me. I got three new tires and are in perfect conditons till now 2013. They are cheap and they work fast.

The shop sells new and used tires for all prices including popular brands such as Michellin; Firestone; Goodyear. The prices are resonable without being too expensive and the service is reliable for when it comes to your car needs for a new/used tires. Look like its a family own business which is good because they provide good service and their staff is helpful when answering questions on pricing.

Used this company today for the first time ever after speaking to the owner last week. Very professional and pleasant...both owner and son. The techs I dealt with were also professional. Im usually a little leery of these places being a female and all but this place definitely exceeded expectations! No creepy vibes here at all. Great customer service. Great work. Great attitude. Affordable pricing. I rate it 5 stars!! I will be referring my family and friends here for sure!!

I had a good experience with their tires services before so I decided to return. This time to the back for an oil change. The guy was rude and unprofessional and basically told me it was too late to get an oil change and that everywhere else I would hear the same. For the record I went there at 4:45 and they close at 6. Go figure
As for the owner reply you forgot to mention how everywhere else I would get the same response because of the time. So yeah you just didnt want to work that late

Not serious, profesionals and selling tires that crack after 2 or 3 months of purchase.

I purchased all 4 Michelins for my Volvo xc90...After 2 months they start cracking not on the wall, worse, in the actual circunference of the whole tire!!! I went there to claim for no avail....he wanted to sell me another tire, which was worse in use and more expensive....

I came to your location day... as I see you are the new management from Global Tire.... I sat there and at your location for 9 minutes and was IGNORED.... no How can I help you today...What is the problem with your car... no nothing... you should ask your customers what do they need and then proceed on if they need to wait tell them to wait 5 minutes or whatever time you need to get to them... if you need proof of what I am saying I recorded it on my phone and I have cameras in my car that recorded everything.... I remind you I've been going to Global Tires before you got there for over 15 years.... and this is the first time I was IGNORED.... I took my business down the street to Rivera Auto Tires and they took care of business for me!!

Visited this place for a quote on basic work that I needed . Owner was extremely rude and disrespectful . Also didn t seem knowledgeable about simple work that I needed . With tire shops everywhere in this city you would think they would value your business more . Went down the street to another shop and received what I needed at a great price and friendly service . STAY AWAY from this place . They don t value your business !!!

This place is great. We never have a complaint or bad customer service for that matter. There is not long waiting time and they answer any questions that you may have pertaining to other parts of your car. Humble, polite, and reasonable...my go to place.

The dude that is a manager has a nasty attitude and is very rude. He thinks he's doing a favor when customers are the ones that give him business... don't waste your time in a place like that.

I arrived at Julio and Sons to buy a new tire for my car. When I got there I was greeted by Angel. He was quick, informative, concerned, and genuine. He let me know how bad my tires were, which I already knew. He kept the shop open for me and even retrieved 3 brand new tires he didn't have in stock because he didn't want me driving around on my messed up tires. This is a family business and the prices are reasonable. You get what you pay for, and here you get quality service. Everyone in the office was friendly and responsive. I will definitely be going back there for any and all of my tire needs. Angel is truly an angel and Julio and Sons have my loyalty from here on out.

Bad experience I went three times and they treated me only once, I am not saying that they provide bad service since the service they gave me in an alignment opportunity was good BUT THE ATTENTION to the client in particular was terrible I understand that we are not all the same and each head a world but if you attend the public you have to know what you do. I assure you that if they started another business with more professional and educated personnel, it would take away more than 60% of their clientele. Eye in my opinion

I feel like a fool for recommending this place to my father for a simple patch. The guy doing the fix broke one of the wheel studs with the air ratchet and tried to pass it off as faulty and old equipment. My father plead his case for the tech not doing things correctly. He brushed him off. My father left not wanting to make a big deal. Thats not ok.

They came recommended by a friend of mine who used them in the past. I went in for a patch on my truck tire. Considering they were very busy helping others with tires alignment etc they were fast and efficient. Very nice friendly staff. I liked the vibe of this shop. I was in & out in less than 20 mins.

The best and most professional experience I have ever had. Angel is knowledgeable about everything, responds to text messages, phone calls, sends pictures of the progress on your car, is honest and straight up. Danny equally as knowledgeable.
