The guys working here are slimy. CON-MEN.
Every time when I came here to renew my mobile plan,
they would ask do you want to switch ?
Of course I know they get commission or whatever,
when they bring in new customers.
But when I have a problem with my phone, they would say DON'T KNOW,
or GO TO Apple Store ! ! !

Also, after renewing my mobile plan here, I started to get all those
CHINESE EMBASSY calls.

So far I have 3 Phones fixed with NB wireless including a new screen for Samsung Galaxy 8+ . Very Friendly and honest people. Good prices too. Check out their sim cards too.

Don't waste your time or money here. If you don't speak Chinese, the guy behind the counter will blow you off for someone who does even if you were first. No loaner phones while yours is getting fixed. Try to talk to him and he ignores your for others though you're being patient, kind and not finished transacting business. You've been warned.

Had a cracked screen on my Samsung s7 edge. Replaced it at Newborn Wireless at 106 bowery and thought they did a great job......until 4 weeks later when I get a black spot on the top right.

Went back to see whats up.....told "you must have dropped again" nope not a mark on the new glass. Told....had to pay for new screen as only 1 week warranty.....

Told them thanks but no thanks and went to another dealer around the corner - he said its was a cheap aftermarket display they used instead of OEM.

Would give a negative or 0 star if I could. Wont be back.

This place is very unprofessional. They are able to speak fluent English but choose not to. Don t know if they are saying some sketchy things in a foreign language. Had to get my home button repaired but they couldn t fix it at all had to go back and forth many times and had to just get a refund in the end. Heard many stories from other people who went there that their phones started deteriorating quick. Maybe they are swapping original parts with off brand ones? Does anyone have an answer for this? Overall very unprofessional and the guy with the glasses especially very obnoxious and rude and seemed irritated when I had to keep getting my phone fixed due to their subpar repair skills.

A few years ago a young lady was working here, nice and very helpful.
After she left, I renew my phone or buy accessories at other phone stores nearby.
