I recently used this company's services to ship some items to another city, and I found the experience to be decent. 😐 The website was easy to navigate, and the pricing was competitive. However, I encountered some delays in the delivery process, and the customer service response time was a bit slow. Overall, it was an average experience. The tracking system was helpful, but the lack of real-time updates was a downside. The delivery was eventually made, and the items arrived in good condition. I would consider using them again for their affordability, but I hope they can improve their communication and delivery efficiency.
