About Jordan Chesnut

Jordan Chesnut is a writer, curator, and arts organizer based in California whose work spans poetry, playwriting, and curatorial practice. She is the author of How Gross, My Séances, published by Plays Inverse / 53rd State Press in 2024, and her writing has appeared in publications including Jacket2, Tarpaulin Sky, and Adroit Journal. She curates the Edna Pocket Gallery in San Luis Obispo and is a Founding Partner of Walker Street, an artist-led creative venue located at 1335 Walker Street, San Luis Obispo. She has taught writing at the University of Montana, Pomona College, and Hyperlink Academy. She also offers project-based consulting in grant writing and management, program design and planning, interim and fractional executive support, and arts writing and curatorial projects for arts organizations, funders, and cultural agencies, working remotely and regionally from San Luis Obispo.
