Johns waterproofing co.

I’ve left a more detailed account of my experience with John's Waterproofing on Angie’s List from yesterday. If you’re looking into their services in Mukilteo, that review offers a better look at what they’re all about.

The team at John's Waterproofing in Mukilteo was wonderful to work with. From the warehouse manager to Kaitlynn on the phone, everyone was courteous, professional, and efficient. Ramón, Jose, and Cole did an amazing job during the installation. Their crew had a great attitude and clearly cared about getting the job done right. Highly recommended!

The team at John's Waterproofing delivered an exceptional job on our crawl space renovation in Mukilteo. From the initial consultation to the final cleanup, their professionalism was evident. They aren’t just looking to fix the problem; they want to ensure you are completely satisfied with the outcome. We were dealing with a sagging floor in our guest room caused by inadequate original construction that was deteriorating quickly. John's crew removed all the debris from the previous "quick fixes" and implemented a permanent solution. Because we followed all their recommendations, we qualified for a transferable warranty, which adds significant value if we decide to sell the house. The results were immediate and impressive. Beyond resolving the structural issues, our energy bills dropped significantly thanks to the improvements made in the clean crawl space. The crews were incredibly respectful of our home, using plastic sheeting to protect all floors and walls and ensuring everything was tidied up at the end of each day. Every staff member we encountered was hardworking, personable, and highly professional. I highly recommend John's Waterproofing to anyone facing crawl space or basement issues—they clearly know their craft, and I wouldn’t hesitate to give them my highest rating.

Unlike other contractors who pushed unnecessary upgrades, the team at John's Waterproofing in Mukilteo accurately diagnosed the issue and proposed a straightforward solution. Their honesty earned my trust, and I highly recommend them for reliable waterproofing services.

I had my basement waterproofed in Mukilteo about a year ago, and the experience with John's Waterproofing has been nothing short of excellent. Marcus, the sales representative, was incredibly professional and even managed to secure that first annual service for free. When it came time for the maintenance check, Michael was the technician who visited. He was incredibly patient, well-informed, and easy to talk to. He actually called to move up the appointment, which was super convenient. Michael took the time to explain the process and answered every question I had, going well beyond what I expected for a routine check. When we realized the free service wasn't explicitly listed in the paperwork, he simply called Marcus, and they made sure it was honored. It really shows how much they value their staff when you encounter such thoughtful and capable people. I’m planning to do some finishing work on the basement next summer and look forward to working with this team again.

I recently had John's Waterproofing in Mukilteo handle an inspection of my sump pump. James Hitch did a great job outlining some sensible options for improving the crawl space, and I went ahead with his recommendations. The work crew, led by Lupe and including Luis and Davi, were both polite and highly efficient. They were very patient with my questions and coordinated well as a team to get the job done quickly. I was particularly impressed by how thoroughly they cleared out the area, especially when removing that heavy, old well pressure tank left behind in the space. Their attention to detail in cleaning up and loading the debris was outstanding. Kudos to everyone involved for the excellent service!

I’m incredibly grateful for the work John’s Waterproofing did in Mukilteo. The old insulation in my crawlspace was disintegrating, and the resulting cold air was really wreaking havoc on my joints, causing stiffness and pain. Once the team finished the job, my health improved within just a couple of days. I’m feeling much more energetic and good about the upcoming months. After the stress of the situation, I finally have peace of mind again. Big thanks for the relief!

John's Waterproofing did an incredible job transforming our Mukilteo basement. The sump pump area is now a tidy, safe space rather than that grimy pit it used to be. We were equally impressed with the second project, where the wall system installation turned the formerly damp and dull room into a bright, clean area. Great work, John's!
